Fall in Poughkeepsie
Every year we go to Poughkeepsie to pick apples and visit the old stomping ground. This year we spent a night at Danny and Morgan’s and had a great time with them and with little Brady — who’s developing quite the personality! Photos from the visit are here, but some highlights are below:
This year we went apple picking at an organic apple farm called Liberty View Farm. They only had one kind of apples and they were kind of ugly, but they were quite delicious. And they have a farmer’s market and a petting zoo there too. It was nice to know that they were a farm that didn’t spray — we’ve been looking for a good one for several years now.
